Two-component polyurethane mastic
Dezoflex 380 is a two-part elastomeric mastic based on polyurethane with high elasticity properties to fill the expansion joints of concrete and metal structures. This product complies with the following standards:

Properties and effects:

Application:
1. Filling the expansion joints of the floor.
2. Sealing horizontal seams and cracks.

Method of Use:
First, the work surfaces must be free of any grease, dust, loose particles, old paint, etc. Before applying the HM139 product, in order to increase adhesion, it is necessary to use the primer suggested by this company on the surfaces of the seams. At the time of application, the humidity of the surface should be less than 4%, the maximum allowable air humidity for coating should be considered to be 70%. To apply the coating, when the humidity is at the maximum allowed, it is necessary to make sure that the temperature of the surfaces is 2-3 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient temperature. Before applying, all tools and construction equipment must be completely clean and free of any contamination. Mix component B according to the specified ratio. Mix the two components together using a drill (300-500 rpm) with a suitable impeller.
Make sure that the resulting mixture is perfectly homogenous and uniform and should be consumed in less than 40-50 minutes.

Safety items:
• It is mandatory to use gloves and glasses.
• If the skin of the body comes into contact with this product during application, use soap and water for washing and avoid washing with separate solvents.
Stir it for one minute before adding the aggregate. Then slowly add all the powders to the mixture and stir it until a smooth and uniform mixture is obtained. Note that extra stirring causes air to enter inside the malt.
Inventory:
Keep this product away from sunlight and prevent it from increasing the temperature of the warehouse. In tropical regions, it is necessary to install air conditioners. If the above conditions are met, the useful life of the product is up to six months.

Safety tips:
As with all chemical products, be careful to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, skin and food. In case of contact with skin and eyes, clean it immediately. If accidentally swallowed.
