DEZOFLOW FH-1000
Ready-to-use grout without shrinkage with special properties
**Specifications:**
DEZOFLOW FH-1000 is a two-part grout:
- Part A: Ready-to-use powder based on special cement and additives
- Part B: Liquid strengthening agent for grout injection for thicknesses up to 10 centimeters requiring high compressive strength.
**Applications:**
- Grouting under the base of residential building columns
- Grouting chassis of various industrial machinery such as turbines, generators, compressors, diesel engines, and vibrating devices
- Grouting the base of bridges, empty spaces between columns and bridges
- Injection into concrete holes
- Filling metal and concrete pins in beam and column strengthening designs
- Filling around water passage pipes through concrete walls as a waterproofing grout
- Grouting under rails in industrial factory production lines
**Advantages of DEZOFLOW FH-1000:**
- Specialized grouting with high compressive strength
- Non-shrink, fluid grouting for any type of grouting with controlled expansive properties
- Minimal permeability
- Grout with specific compressive strength in early and secondary ages
**Preparing Concrete Surfaces:**
To prepare concrete surfaces, first, remove any weak surface layer using mechanical tools and water (jet washer) to achieve a strong and compact surface. This is necessary to increase and improve the adhesion of the grout to the surface below.
**Cleaning:**
Any dirt, grease, or dust on the surface must be removed.
**Moisturizing:**
The concrete surface should be kept moist for 6 to 24 hours before grouting. Before starting the grouting process, the water accumulated on the surface of the concrete should be removed, and then the grouting should be performed.
**Molding:**
For grouting under the base of columns and chassis, if molding is necessary, the mold walls should be 10 centimeters from the opposite sides and 5.2 centimeters from the edges, with a 5.2-centimeter-high page from the chassis. The grout should be executed from the part that is 10 centimeters away. The mold height should be 5.2 centimeters above the page.
**Pouring:**
The pouring of grout in large quantities can cause the formation of bubbles, which can prevent the material from flowing in one direction. To prevent this, it is necessary to use a hose and for small quantities of grout, a 50-centimeter-wide page should be installed to the height of the mold wall in the part of the wall that is 10 centimeters away, so that the grout can move uniformly and continuously on a 45-degree slope.
**Grouting in Machinery:**
In machines that require grouting of anchor boxes and column and chassis, grouting can be performed in two stages: the first stage is the anchor box and the second stage is under the column and chassis.
**Preparing DEZOFLOW FH-1000 Grout:**
The amount of water needed after testing is 11 to 12 percent of the grout weight. The liquid part B should be added to the water according to the given ratios, and the grout powder A should be slowly added to the grout and mixed. The prepared grout should be homogeneous, fluid, and without sagging. The internal temperature of the grout is recommended to be between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius. In summer, the grout bags should be kept in a shaded area and used with cold water to make the grout, and the grouting location should be covered with a canopy during execution. In winter, warm water should be used to achieve the internal temperature of the grout, and the grouting location should be covered with insulation and a nylon cover. The expansion starts 10 minutes after the grout is made and continues for 5.2 hours.
The increase in water in grout leads to a decrease in the initial and final compressive strength of the grout. Grout poured with a wide-mouth container like a funnel into the anchor box or constructed on a slope is extended uniformly with consistent pressure into the mold. Grouting is typically done from one side, and for better guidance of the grout into the mold, metal rods and chains are used. After grouting and initial setting on the mold, the surface and accessories are protected with a damp cloth and covered with nylon to prevent water evaporation inside the grout. The grouted area should be kept moist under suitable conditions for at least 7 days.
Packaging:
Part A: 30kg bags
Part B: 90gr bottles
Storage:
Store in a dry environment and covered.
Shelf Life:
If stored under recommended conditions and in the original packaging, it can be used for up to 12 months.
Safety Precautions:
Grout contains cement and various powders, so avoid breathing it and use a mask during construction.
Due to the presence of cement in the grout and its high alkalinity, avoid skin contact and use gloves.
