Description:
3000 Dezoflow is a ready-to-use powdered product that, when water is added at the workplace, transforms into a very smooth and lump-free malt.
Applications:
3000 Dezoflow is formulated in a way that it can be used in a paste or liquid form. It can easily be used for leveling, repairing floorings in barns, yards, loading areas, grouting, or filling trenches.

Surface Preparation:
The surfaces to be grouted should be roughened to remove any loose layers and expose the aggregates. Avoid using heavy hammers or air tools that could break the aggregates.
The surfaces must be clean and free of oil, dust, paint, curing compounds, and other contaminants that could reduce adhesion.
Wet the surfaces to be grouted so that they are damp but without free standing water. This prevents the grout from absorbing too much water.
For anchor bolt or rebar installation, ensure the holes are clean and free of water or oil.
Column base plates and anchor bolts should be clean and free of grease, oil, and paint.
Ensure the formwork is secure and watertight to prevent grout movement or leakage.
Mixing:
Ensure the interior of the mixer is damp but without free standing water.
Measure the required amount of water and add it to the mixer.
While the mixer is running, slowly add the 3000 Dezoflow powder.
Mix for 3-5 minutes until a smooth, fluid, and lump-free mortar is obtained.
Placement:
Immediately after mixing, pour the grout, starting from the point closest to the edges.
Pour the grout continuously and, if possible, create the necessary head pressure to aid the flow
Storage:
Store the product in a covered area away from direct sunlight and rain, on pallets, and avoid high pressure. The product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months if stored in suitable conditions and in the original bags.
Important Notes:
The temperature of the mortar and the objects placed in it should be between +5 to 35 degrees Celsius. Avoid increasing the amount and temperature of water to prevent excessive fluidity of the mortar, which can lead to segregation.
3000 Dezoflow should be poured in thicknesses ranging from 10 to 80 millimeters. Consult with the technical department of the concrete clinic for thicknesses less than 10 millimeters.
Avoid additional operations and the use of vibrators. Do not thin 3000 Dezoflow again under any circumstances and avoid exceeding the recommended consumption limit.
Use a mixer for large volumes and a drill with a mixer for mixing one bag of grout.
Consumption Rates:
Each 25 kg bag fills 12.9 liters of space, and in a fluid state, 78 bags of 25 kg are required to fill one cubic meter.
Precautions and Safety:
Like all cement-based products, 3000 Dezoflow can cause harm. In case of potential eye contact, immediately rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Be cautious in case of skin contact.
