DEZOFLOW 740
Dezoflow 740, a two-part grout consisting of polymeric and mineral materials designed to withstand high loads with appropriate adhesion. Dezoflow 740 is a product with suitable fluidity and consistency for use in specific locations.

Packaging:
Dezoflow 740 is produced and provided in a 20-kilogram bag and a 5.3-kilogram bucket.
Surface Preparation:
Proper surface preparation, ensuring firm, stable, clean surfaces free from loose particles, paint, oil, grease, form oil, and processing materials, is crucial for the application's success. Uneven surfaces are preferred. Metal surfaces should be prepared, free from rust, corrosion, or paint.
Mixing:
Never divide the materials. Also, do not change the amount of resin. Mix it thoroughly using a mixer. Slowly add all the powders to the resin and mix until a smooth and uniform mortar is obtained. Note that overmixing can introduce air into the mortar.
Pouring:
Immediately after mixing, pour it into the prepared location and pour the mortar in a way that covers the minimum distance to optimize its expansive properties. For longer distances, pour the mortar from a higher height to provide the necessary pressure for the mortar to move. Ensure that the grout pouring location is not completely blocked and there is a way for air to escape. Pour the mortar continuously and only from one side. Before opening the mold, ensure that the mortar has fully set (at least 8 hours), and if the grout pouring thickness exceeds 80 millimeters, it should be poured in multiple layers. The second layer should be poured 6 hours after completing the first stage.
Note:
Ensure that the surface under the work is smooth by any means such as using a pen, check, or electric chisel. Post-processing after final payment is necessary to prevent rapid drying or freezing. The working time for mixed Dezoflow 740 is between 10 to 20 minutes
Protecting Work Tools:
After completing the work, wash the work tools with solvent number 2 and if there is any hardened mortar, remove it with mechanical tools.
Storage:
Store this product away from direct sunlight and prevent the storage temperature from increasing. In tropical regions, the installation of air conditioning equipment is essential. If the above conditions are observed, the product's useful life is up to one year. Failure to follow the proper storage method may damage the product or its container. Safety Notes:
As with all chemical products, care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, skin, and food. In case of contact with the skin and eyes, clean them immediately. If accidentally swallowed, seek medical attention. Close the containers after use and refer to the product safety brochure for information on special storage or disposal of the remaining materials.
