MTOMIX 4500
Explanation:
The 4500 Mtomix is used for the production of concrete with low water absorption and high resistance to compression and tension. It is also used in the production of concrete with special malts and reduces the formation of plastic shrinkage cracks. Additionally, it is recommended for use in dynamic loads and in cases where concrete is subjected to repeated impact and stress.
The applications of 4500 Mtomix are:
Coastal structures in the presence of sulfate, chloride, and alkali
Water-retaining structures
Concrete structures
High-strength concrete
Structures subjected to dynamic loads and impact
Non-concrete structures
Concrete structures in areas with severe cyclic heating and cooling.
The benefits of using a super plasticizer in concrete, which include:
Easy and efficient mixing of micro-silica powder
Reduced transportation costs compared to micro-silica
Increased compressive strength
Reduced water-to-cement ratio
Decreased permeability
Increased durability due to improved electrical conductivity and resistance to wear and tear

The recommended dosage of 4500 Mtomix is between 5% to 10% of the cement used in concrete production. It can be added during the mixing process or after the mixing is complete. If added during the mixing process, it is recommended to mix for 3 to 5 minutes to ensure proper distribution.
Consumption:
Using less than 5% of 4500 Mtomix may result in poor performance and reduced adsorption, water reduction, and overall concrete quality. Using more than 10% of 4500 Mtomix requires specific testing and may not be recommended.
Superplasticizers are chemical admixtures that improve the workability and flowability of concrete without adding water. They can reduce the amount of water required for a specific level of workability in the concrete mix, improve strength and durability, reduce shrinkage, and increase the quality of the final product.

Storage:
