DEZOCRETE N-660
Super lubricant for fast concrete strength
Description:
The main components of this additive are synthetic polymers that can significantly reduce the amount of mixing water and increase the initial strength of concrete. Dezocrete N-660 is a colorless high-range water reducer.
Initial applications
Include the production of high-performance concrete, precast concrete, concrete with low water-cement ratio, and concrete in complex molds and reinforcements.
The advantages of using Dezocrete N-660
Include the ability to produce fluid concrete with very low water-cement ratio, higher strength compared to concrete without additives and concrete with the same efficiency, and significant strength increase in later stages. The initial and final setting of concrete with this additive does not differ significantly from concrete without additives. Therefore, if more time is needed for transportation or additional work, it is recommended to use a high-range water reducer with retarding properties such as Dezocrete N-540. The properties of Dezocrete N-660 include a liquid brown color, specific gravity of 1.19 to 1.21 grams per cubic centimeter at 25 degrees Celsius, no color, zero degree of fire resistance, and high performance in maintaining the strength of high-performance concrete at temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius. The performance of this additive may be affected by factors such as temperature, type of cement, and reinforcement, especially in hot and dry environments. It is recommended to store Dezocrete N-660 in a cool and dry place.
Compatibility:
Dezocrete N-660 is compatible with all standard types of cement. It is recommended to use Dezocrete N-660 in combination with Dezoair 220, a foam-forming additive, in areas where resistance to freeze-thaw cycles is required.
Packaging:
Dezocrete N-660 is available in 25-kilogram cans, 220-kilogram barrels, and large containers.
Features:
Appearance: Liquid, brown
Specific gravity: 1.185 to 1.195 grams per cubic centimeter
Maximum air content: 1 percent
Color: Colorless, based on British Standard 5075
Nitrite content: None
Consumption amounts:
The typical dosage of Dezocrete N-660 is between 0.8 to 1.2 liters per 100 kilograms of cement. The dosage may vary depending on the specific conditions and materials used in the concrete production process.
Excessive consumption of Dezocrete N-660 can lead to the following results:
- Delay in setting
- Slight increase in air content
- Enhanced performance
Usage Guide:
Dezocrete N-660 should be added to the concrete mixture along with mixing water. No additional mixing time is required. Never mix Dezocrete N-660 with dry cement. In ready-mix concrete, the additive can be added through the back gate of the mixer, and mixed for about 3 minutes at a speed of 10 revolutions per minute to achieve uniformity. If the goal of using Dezocrete N-660 is to achieve high initial strength, the amount of water should be significantly reduced.
Distribution:
Dezocrete N-660 is added to the mixing water. Its better fluidity and increased water-reducing properties are most effective when added to the mixture after 50 to 70 percent of the water has been mixed. Adding this substance to dry cement or dry materials is not recommended.
Storage:
If stored in a covered place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, the useful life of this material will be one year. Failure to follow proper storage methods can lead to product damage or container deterioration. For information on proper storage methods, please contact the technical department of the Concrete Technical Clinic.
Safety Notes:
Dezocrete N-660 does not contain any hazardous substances. For more information, refer to the product safety brochure.
