DEZOCRETE N-400
400-N Dezocrete is a liquid additive used to increase the rapid strength of concrete. This product can be used in the construction of vertical structures with rapid strength in concrete or in cold weather concreting. It is recommended to follow the following precautions when using cold weather concreting:
* Heating water and materials
* Creating a heat source around the work area
* Using cement or accelerators
* Covering the concrete with insulation after the concrete is poured.
Application:
- Precast concrete small components
- Fine concrete is needed when faster formwork opening is required.
- Fine concrete in cold weather: With 400-N Dezocrete, as the temperature increases, the concrete's strength and resistance to early frost damage improve. To protect the concrete from freezing, it may be necessary to cover it immediately after completing the fine concrete with a blanket of straw or insulating material. This will prevent rapid temperature changes that could harm the concrete. Handle the concrete carefully in the final stages of production and ensure proper curing and protection.
Features:
Physical state: Colorless or milky liquid.
Specific gravity: 1260 kilograms per cubic meter.
12.5 to 10.5: Alkaline number.
Chlorine content: Chlorine-free.
Concrete pouring temperature: Up to 8 degrees Celsius.
The recommended amount of Dezocrete to be used is between 1 to 3% of the cement weight in concrete. It is advisable to determine the precise amount through practical or experimental means. In cold low-strength concrete, the consumption rate is dependent on the concrete temperature. In lower temperatures, it is recommended to use a higher amount of additive.

Note: This product should be used in the retz of the Bayton mattress. It can also be used with increased solubility for flotation or stabilization.
Packaging:
400-N Dezocrete is delivered in a galvanized can or 20 liters, 220 kg galvanized or 1100 kg polyvinyl.
Conditions for storage:
When storing the material in a dry, shaded area and keeping it away from sunlight exposure for a period of up to one year, it remains usable.
