Product description:
DEZOBUILD R-2210 is a super-lubricant of the third generation based on modified polycarboxylates. This product is designed and produced with the properties of maintaining concrete slump in 45 minutes.
How it effects:
DEZOBUILD R-2210 has an effect mechanism in two ways as follows:
• Creates a membrane on the surface of cement particles and the spatial barrier caused by the thickness of the absorbed layer prevents the accumulation of cement particles.
• Creation of repulsive force between cement particles due to the absorption of polymer particles and the formation of charges of the same name.
• Concrete modified with DEZOBUILD R-2210 super-lubricant maintains its effectiveness for about 45 minutes at 20 degrees Celsius (concrete internal temperature).
• The duration of maintaining efficiency depends not only on the temperature of the concrete, but also on the type of cement, granulation, handling and amount of additives.

• DEZOBUILD R-2210 is designed to produce concrete with high performance and the ability to maintain slump for a long time. This product has a decrease in the early age resistances, which can be seen at the age of 7 to 28 days as the reason for the increase in compressive strength compared to concrete.

Consumption :
• DEZOBUILD R-2210 can be used at the rate of 0.4 to 1.2% by weight of cement compounds.
• The amount of consumption is determined according to the mixing plan and required characteristics.
• It is suggested that in order to determine the consumption of DEZOBUILD R-2210 and its effect on the properties of fresh and hardened concrete, such as performance, retention of performance, grip and initial and final strengths, tests should be carried out in the workshop with existing materials and conditions.

• Ready to use and can be mixed with water in any proportion.
• It can be added to the mixer at the same time as mixing water.
• Do not add directly to cement and dry compounds.
• At the end of the mixing process, it can be added to the batching mixer or to the track mixer. In this case, mix for one minute per cubic meter at high speed.
Compatibility with cement compounds:
It is suitable for use with all types of cement or cement substitute compounds such as micro silica fly ash and slag.
Compatibility with other add-ons:
• Do not pre-mix or use with other additives unless the manufacturer allows.
• In such a situation, it is recommended to consult with the technical unit of Rayehe Beton Sabz (Iran's technical and specialized concrete clinic).

DEZOBUILD R-2210 is available in 20 gallons, 220 barrels and 1100 kg tanks.
Storage:
It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5 to 40 degrees Celsius away from direct sunlight. If it is frozen, raise the temperature of the ingredients to melt and then mix with a mixer.
Shelf life:
It can be stored for up to 12 months if kept in the recommended conditions and in the original packaging.
Safety:
DEZOBUILD R-2210 is a low-risk material. It does not harm the skin under normal conditions. However, as a chemical compound, protective gloves and glasses should be used to avoid contact with the skin and eyes, or wash with water after direct contact with the skin or eyes.
