Description of product:
This product is designed and produced for concrete construction with the highest reduction in water-cement ratio and achieving high strength in the early ages while maintaining workability in a short time. -D DEZOBUILD 10 has the capability to reduce the water content in concrete mixtures by up to 40% while maintaining workability, leading to increased compressive strength in both early and final ages and enhancing the durability of concrete.
The mechanism of action of -80D DEZOBUILD is as follows:
- It forms a membrane on the surface of cement particles, preventing the agglomeration of cement particles by creating spatial hindrance due to the absorbed layer thickness.
- It generates repulsive forces between cement particles by absorbing polymer particles and forming like charges.
Application:
-80D DEZOBUILD is suitable for use in various types of concrete, including self-compacting concrete, concrete for high-density reinforcement, pumpable concrete, precast concrete, concrete containing pozzolans, pre-stressed concrete, underwater concrete, exposed and decorative concrete, flooring concrete, industrial concrete, and more."

Consumption Rate:
-80D DEZOBUILD can be used in the range of 0.2 to 0.8 percent by weight of cementitious materials.
The consumption rate is determined based on the mix design and specific requirements."

The method of use:
- Ready to use and can be mixed with water in any ratio.
- It can be added simultaneously with water mixing in the mixer.
- Should not be added directly to cement and dry components.
- -80D DEZOBUILD can be added to the batching mixer or inside the transit mixer at the end of the mixing operation. In this case, rapid mixing should be done for one minute per cubic meter.
Compatibility with cementitious materials:
Suitable for use with various types of cement or alternative cementitious materials such as fly ash, micro silica, and slag.
Compatibility with other additives:
The super plasticizer should be mixed with water in any ratio, added simultaneously with water mixing in the mixer, and not directly added to cement and dry components. It is recommended to add -80D DEZOBUILD at the end of the mixing process and mix rapidly for one minute per cubic meter.
-80D DEZOBUILD is compatible with various types of cement and alternative cementitious materials like fly ash, micro silica, and slag. It is advised not to mix -80D DEZOBUILD with other additives without the manufacturer's approval and to consult with the technical department of the Iranian Concrete Technology Clinic in such cases.
Packaging:
The product is available in 20-gallon containers, 220-liter buckets, and 1100-kilogram containers.
Storage:
Proper storage is recommended at temperatures between 5 to 40 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight. If freezing occurs, the material should be thawed and mixed using a mixer.
Safety:
When stored and handled properly, -80D DEZOBUILD can be preserved for up to 12 months in its original packaging. It is considered a low-harm substance, but precautions should be taken to avoid skin and eye contact.
