Recommended dosage:

Solid content:
The solid content of DEZOBUILD D-10 is 50%±2.5%.
Density:

The pH value of DEZOBUILD D-10 is between 2-6.
Chloride content:

It is recommended to pay attention to the following:
When using the product for the first time or when changing the type of cement and other additives, laboratory tests should be performed to control and optimize any changes.
Due to the 50% solid content of the product, it is denser than water, and after long-term storage, the sediment at the bottom may increase, while the sediment at the top may decrease. Therefore, it is recommended to stir it well before use.
Over time, the product may become darker in color, but this does not affect its use.
The product is non-toxic, but it is recommended to keep it out of reach of children. If it comes into contact with the eyes or mouth, it is recommended to rinse it with water and seek medical attention immediately.
The product is used to enhance the fluidity of the concrete without adding water, and it physically separates the grains of cement by neutralizing their force of attraction. Consequently, the concrete remains fluid for over 2 hours and is easier to use, more resistant and longer lasting.
Packaging and Storage:
This product is available in 200 kg drums or 1100 kg flow bins. It should be stored in a warehouse with proper ventilation, away from sunlight and moisture, to prevent freezing at low temperatures. The product should be stored in plastic containers.
Shelf life:
Under normal and suitable conditions, the shelf life of this product is 12 months. Being a high-concentration macromolecular product, it may develop lumps or colloidal appearances during storage, which is a natural phenomenon. These can be dissolved by mixing with water without affecting the performance and normal use of the product. After exceeding its useful life, the product can still be used after testing and approval.
