Polycarboxylate-Based Superplasticizer – Dezobuild D-20
Description
Dezobuild D-20 is a high-efficiency, brown-colored, liquid superplasticizer based on advanced polycarboxylate ether (PCE) chemistry. It has been specially developed to deliver outstanding water reduction and improved workability in both ready-mix and precast concrete. Dezobuild D-20 contains no chlorides and is fully compatible with all Portland cement types.

Application Method
Dosage:
Use Dezobuild D-20 at 0.5% to 1% by weight of total cementitious material (cement + additions), depending on desired performance characteristics.
Mixing:
Add directly to the mixing water or freshly mixed concrete. Ensure thorough blending to achieve uniform dispersion of the product.
Adjustment:
Perform preliminary site trials to determine the optimum dosage for your specific concrete mix and project requirements.

Storage Conditions
Shelf Life: 12 months, if kept in original, unopened packaging.

Safety Information
Dezobuild D-20 does not contain flammable or hazardous chlorides.
Use basic PPE (gloves, protective glasses) during handling.
