Description:
BETOGARG P 1 is single-component and based on cement compounds, with the ability to work in negative and positive pressure, in combination with water, it crystallizes during a chemical process and creates an impermeable coating on the surface and depth of old and new concrete structures. This product is available in gray and red colors.

Mechanism of action:
After applying the BETOGARG P 1 product on the concrete surface, according to the law of capillary tubes and by osmotic mechanism, it penetrates into the concrete and reacts with free lime and existing moisture, and fills all the cracks and capillary tubes by making needle crystals and prevents it from reaching Water or any other type of fluid enters the concrete.
Consumption:
The consumption of BETOGARG P 1 product per square meter is about 1000 grams in one layer, at least two layers should be applied. It should be noted that the exact amount of consumption is affected by the quality and porosity of the concrete surface.
Method of Use:
First, we pour 7-8 liters of water into a suitable container and while stirring with an electric drill equipped with a suitable stirrer, we slowly add 25 kg of BETOGARG P 1 product to it in several stages. We continue to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. The minimum time required for mixing is 3 minutes. (Prepare some product that you can use within 30 minutes)
After staining the surfaces under the work with BETOSIVE WP product, which is a restorative mortar with crystallizing properties, we moisten it with water and apply the first layer of BETOGARG P 1 crystallizing penetrant with a brush or spray so that all pores are in contact with the mixture. Apply, then apply the second layer in the direction perpendicular to the first layer.
After applying the second layer, the concrete surface should be cured by spraying water for 24 hours (three to four times a day). So From 5 to 7 days at most, the surfaces reach their maximum efficiency.
Packaging and storage:
BETOGARG P 1 product is available in 25 kg bags. The best time of use in the original packaging, away from moisture, freezing and direct sunlight, is one year.
