Description;
BETOPROOF 4210 is a single-component product based on nano-silicone compounds that, when applied to concrete and masonry surfaces, creates a water-resistant and water-repellent surface without altering the color. When combined with mortar or concrete, it provides impermeability and strong waterproofing properties.
Application areas:
- Suitable for surfaces with high slopes
- Waterproofing and protecting surfaces with high water absorption and infiltration, such as concrete, brick, lightweight concrete, tile, ceramic, natural and artificial stone, historical buildings, statues, and surfaces with mineral colors
- Not recommended for underground waterproofing with high pressure, galvanized surfaces, structures under hydrostatic pressure, and painted surfaces.
- Creating strong waterproof grouts for installing tiles, ceramics, and stones.

Technical Specifications
Preparation of surface:
- The surface must be free from all weak materials, dust, mold, oil, and other materials that may interfere with adhesion.
- All cracks and weak concrete must be repaired.
- The surface must be cleaned thoroughly.
- The surface must be dry before application.
- The surrounding areas, such as windows, must be protected during application.
Application method:
- BETOPROOF 4210 is applied using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer on the desired area until the surface is fully saturated and absorbed.
- The application is done in two layers, with the second layer applied after 24 hours.
- BETOPROOF 4210 can also be added as an additive to cement or lime mortar to enhance waterproofing properties.
Note:
- BETOPROOF 4210 does not change the color of the surface and does not create a film on the surface.
- It is suitable for structures where no change in appearance should occur.
- It has a water-repellent effect and allows the underlying surface to breathe.
- After application and treatment, there will be no color changes.

- It protects structures from dust, dirt, and the growth of fungi and algae.
The recommended dosage of BETOPROOF 4210 is 0.6 kg/m2till 0.2 for each layer, depending on the surface's absorption and porosity.
The product can be added as an additive to cement or lime mortar in a ratio of 0.1 to 0.2% to enhance waterproofing properties.
Packaging and storage:
- Containers of 1, 3.5, or 15 kg
- Shelf life of 12 months in original packaging
- Store in a dry environment with a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius
- Protect from high heat and freezing temperatures
Cleaning equipment:
- Equipment and tools used should be cleaned immediately after use with water
- If the mortar dries on the equipment, it can only be cleaned mechanically.
Warning and limitation
The warning and limitation section for the product BETOPROOF 4210 includes the following precautions and restrictions:
- Avoid applying the coating in rainy or freezing weather conditions.
- Protect the surface from rain, high humidity, heavy traffic, and freezing until it is completely dry after application.
- Avoid contact with your skin and eyes.
- Highly flammable
- The solution should be used within four hours after opening the packaging and mixing with water.
Safety precautions:
- Avoid contact with your skin and eyes, and wash your hands after use. In case of contact with eyes, skin, or ingestion, seek medical attention immediately or refer to the safety data sheet.
- Close the container when not in use and keep it out of reach of children.
