NANODEZ P2 is a coating based on modified polymers and nano compounds that is designed and produced according to unique characteristics for a set of applications. This coating can be used to paint various metal structures in the oil, gas, petrochemical refining and power plant industries, water industry, construction, power transmission lines, water and gas, metal structures such as sheds, concrete surfaces in the vicinity of surfaces with high corrosion potential, exposed concrete facades, surfaces in contact with water, industrial structures that require physical, chemical resistance and long durability in external or internal spaces. High UV resistance and good performance in harsh weather conditions are the main features of this product. NANODEZ P2 has high resistance to sunlight, infrared and ultraviolet rays and acid rain and requires a very short drying time. This product is a good choice for the final layer of surfaces in various industries due to its high resistance to moisture, as well as due to its good adhesion to various surfaces. The small nano chains in the NANODEZ P2 molecules form a strong bond after drying. This strong bond creates a coating that is highly resistant to impact and solvents. The most important application of this coating is to be used as a protective coating against metal corrosion of steel structures that have an epoxy primer and base coat. As we mentioned earlier, NANODEZ P2 is very resistant to various sun rays. The resistance of this group of widely used paints in preventing the penetration of water, moisture and chemicals is well-known. Therefore, it is possible to use this paint in the vicinity of such conditions without worrying about damage to it.

Surface preparation:
The desired surface must be completely dry and free of any contamination, dust, oil, grease, sap, etc. It is better to use sandblasting, wire brushing, sanding and even rough sanding methods before use and the surface must be cleaned of any materials that reduce adhesion.

NANODEZ P2 Application Method:
In case of industrial applications and also using the minimum thickness of the application layer, use the spraying method, and in other cases, you can also use a roller and brush to apply the NANODEZ P2 product.

NANODEZ P2 Application Method:
First, after preparing the surface and studying the technical data sheet, add the appropriate amount of hardener, component B, to component A in small quantities (relative to the applicable surface), and then mix both components together for 2 minutes with an electric mixer and apply on the surfaces according to the announced application methods. For the quality of application of this product, you can apply it with special primers such as epoxy and polyurethane primers. Considering the properties of this product, you can also dilute some NANODEZ P2 with a special solvent provided by the company and use it as a primer and lining layer.

NANODEZ P2 Usage Amount:
The usage amount of NANODEZ P2 varies according to different surfaces, but according to its density and the applied thickness for every 100 microns, 120 grams of this product can be used.

• Best storage temperature: +10 to +40 degrees Celsius
