Application method:
Surface preparation: The surface must be dry and free from all loose materials, dust, mold oil, paint, dirt, etc. In general, the surface must be cleaned of any materials that prevent adhesion. Broken and damaged concrete must be repaired before applying the coating. Weak concrete and mortar must also be removed. The work surface must be smooth and free of porosity. Static pores and cracks must be repaired and filled using a mortar containing latex adhesive or BETOSIVE WM cement-based sealant.
Metal surfaces must be coated with anti-rust coating before use. Before applying on polystyrene foam, bricks, tiles, concrete, etc., the work surface must be primed with diluted BETOCOAT SP or concrete adhesive at a rate of 150 to 200 grams per square meter.
Application method: BETOCOAT SP is applied to the surface in two to three layers using a brush, roller or spray system. If applied using a brush, the two layers must be applied perpendicular to each other. There must be a 4 to 5 hour wait between the two layers. This product is not suitable for pressure sealing and must be reinforced and reinforced in the joints and cracks using geotextile or fiberglass mesh.

Consumption: On vertical surfaces, 750 grams per layer and on horizontal surfaces, 1 to 1.5 kilograms per layer are required. This coating must be applied in at least two layers and the minimum required thickness is 1 mm.

Packaging, duration and storage conditions:
• 20 kg buckets.
• 12 months in original and original packaging.
• Store in a dry environment at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius. Protect from high heat and frost.

Equipment cleaning:
Used equipment and supplies must be washed with water immediately after use. If the mortar dries on the equipment, cleaning will be possible only by mechanical methods.

Warnings and limitations:
• Not suitable for sealing with hydrostatic pressure.
• It is recommended to reinforce joints and places where there is a possibility of cracking with geotextile or fiberglass mesh.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• When the operation is carried out in hot weather or exposed to wind, 10% of the weight of the liquid, clean water, can be used in the first layer.
• Application should be avoided during frost and rainfall.
• Avoid applying the coating at air and surface temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C.

Safety Notes:
Avoid contact with eyes and skin and wash your hands after use. In case of contact with eyes, skin or ingestion, consult a doctor immediately or refer to the safety section of the data sheet. Keep the container closed when not in use and keep it out of the reach of children.
Storage:
The storage period in the original packaging and under appropriate conditions is 12 months. If you need more information, contact the Technical and Specialized Concrete Clinic of Iran.
