Method of Use:

Surface preparation: The surface must be free from all weak materials, dust, mold oil, paint, mud, etc. In general, the surface should be free of any material that prevents adhesion. It is better to use sub-concrete or sandblasting for cleaning and removing porous and weak points. Ceramic, porous concrete and cracks must be repaired with cement or epoxy based mortars before implementation. Before applying DEZOFLOOR 800 flooring, epoxy primer should be applied to the working surface.

Procedure:

First, the epoxy resin of component A and the second component are mixed separately by a low-speed mixer. Then, Hodner's epoxy part, part B, is added to part A of the epoxy resin and mixing is continued with a low speed mixer for 3 to 4 minutes until a homogeneous and uniform mixture is obtained. Pour the prepared mixture on the primed surface. A notched trowel is used to achieve a smoother final surface. If the surface has bubbles, the roller should be used in two directions. Make sure that the resin has completely filled the holes of the substrate.

The prepared mixture should be consumed within 30 minutes at most. Depending on weather conditions and temperature, the time interval between two layers should be considered 10 to 48 hours. Final processing will be done within 7 days. The work surface must be protected from water and rain for 24 hours after the completion of the execution. The ambient and surface temperature during execution should be between 10 and 30 degrees Celsius. Do not apply flooring on rainy days and places exposed to wind.

Dosage:

1.5 kg is required for each square meter, 1 mm thick. The recommended cover thickness is 1.5 to 2.5 mm.

Packaging, duration and storage conditions:

• 25 kg set (part A: 20 kg gallon, part B: 5 kg gallon)

• 12 months in original packaging.

• Store in a dry environment at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius. Protect from high heat and frost.

Equipment cleaning:

Used equipment and supplies should be washed with industrial solvents immediately after use. If the mortar dries on the cleaning equipment, it will be possible only by mechanical methods.

Warnings and limitations:

• Do not apply flooring in rainy and frosty weather.

• Protect the work surface from rain, moisture, traffic and traffic after the end of the execution until the final drying.

• Avoiding heavy traffic within 24 hours from the end of the implementation

• When the temperature of the environment and the working surface is less than 10 degrees Celsius and more than 30 degrees Celsius, it is forbidden to perform floor covering.

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Safety tips:

Avoid contact with eyes and skin and wash your hands after use. In case of contact with eyes, skin or swallowing, consult a doctor immediately or refer to the safety section of the data sheet. Close the lid of the container when not in use and keep it out of the reach of children.
