Instructions

1- Mixing ratio of powder to liquid, 1:1

2- According to the given mixing ratio, first mix component B (liquid) until it becomes homogenous. Then add the powder to the liquid while mixing until it is completely uniform.

 

Note: Before use and application, the working surface must be well cleaned, free of dust, weak points and oil. Damaged areas should be repaired.

 

Time required for complete hardening

This mortar hardens after 2-3 days and reaches full hardness after 8 days. After that, the entire work surface is washed with 98% sulfuric acid, thus the mortar will reach the highest level of resistance.

 

Maintenance

Powder: It can be stored indefinitely if stored in a covered warehouse.

Liquid: Store at a temperature above +5 degrees Celsius and without freezing.
