DEZOPAINT   2016

Water-soluble acrylic paint (building facade and concrete)

Description:

Dezopaint 2016 is designed based on water-soluble acrylic resin. This product is used on plaster, brick, concrete, and cement surfaces in the interior and exterior of buildings. Among its general properties, excellent adhesion, quick drying, high abrasion resistance, non-absorption of dust, and quick and easy washing with water (self-cleaning), which distinguishes it from plastic paint. It is suggested to use Dezofloor 800 epoxy concrete primer as the first layer to increase the longevity, beauty and uniformity of the resulting film.

Surface preparation:

The desired surface, which is often plaster, cement and concrete surfaces, must be free from any contamination, for this purpose, methods such as applying wind pressure, washing with detergents and thinners can be used. The surface under the work must be completely dry and free of moisture when applying the coating. Otherwise, the paint will peel off and separate from the surface. To apply paint on previously painted surfaces, the substrate must be completely sanded and polished.

Conditions of coloring environment:

The best temperature of the environment and the work surface during painting is between 10-40 degrees Celsius. To achieve good quality, it is recommended to paint in indoor environments as much as possible. The temperature of the environment during painting should be at least 3 degrees Celsius higher than the dew point of the environment to prevent the formation of water droplets on the surface.

Color application method:

Mix the color well and mix it according to the determined ratio and add thinner to it. While applying, mix the paint inside the tank repeatedly and spray by adjusting the distance between the nozzle and the surface. Considering the movement and speed of the wind during application, it is necessary to observe the appropriate time interval between the implementation of the lining, middle and top layers, as well as observe the stated pot life and not to use the paint mixture after this time.

Painting equipment:

- Spray without air (Air Less) with a ratio of 1/28 or 1/45 with a nozzle diameter of 0.013-0.015 inch

- Air spray (conventional) with a nozzle diameter of 1.5-2 mm and a pressure of 3-5 atmospheres

- Brush and roller

Safety tips:

- It is recommended to avoid continuous inhalation of this paint in closed spaces and to use appropriate safety equipment as much as possible and to wash with plenty of water in case of contact with skin and eyes.
