FINE GROUTING MORTAR (FOR JOINTS OF UP TO 6mm WIDTH)
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Fine grouting mortar, particularly easy to apply, for filling joints in ceramic wall and floor coverings, glass and porcelain mosaics, both indoors and outdoors. The very high filling power and easy wash-ability of TILEBOND WP ensures rapid and efficient grouting work. For joints up to 6 mm width.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface and thin-bed mortar, dispersion adhesive or thick-bed mortar (at least 7 days old) must have set sufficiently hard and dry. Scraped joints must first be wetted.
In case of tile covering with a porous or non-scratchproof surface test suitable for TILEBOND WP for grouting.
APPLICATION
Stir TILEBOND WP into clean, clear water until it is completely free of lumps. Make sure that the grouting mortar has a uniform, homogeneous colour after mixing.
Apply the joint filler using the slurry technique. Wipe over and clean freshly grouted tiles with a damp sponge. Remove the dry film later with a soft cloth. Dampen the freshly grouted joints after 24 hours to prevent surface moisture deficiency.
Floor tiles can be walked on after only 12 hours.

STORAGE & SHELFLIFE
Approx. 12 months if stored in atightly sealed container, in cooland dry conditions. Use productin opened containers as soon aspossible.
HEALTH & SAFETY
TILEBOND WP contains cement and reacts with water, producing an alkaline solution. Always protect skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water.
