Ceramic glue and epoxy banding with high chemical resistance

Product description:

TILEBOND PA & PB, made on the basis of solvent-free epoxy, has three components (A, B, C) in the following two types:

• TILEBOND PA for installing ceramics on the floor and wall

• TILEBOND PB for bonding floor and wall ceramics

Application and uses:

Installing tiles and tiling on vertical and horizontal surfaces that are exposed to the attack of chemical and oil substances and physical pressures can be used.

• Dairy and food production factories

• Tanning, dyeing and electroplating workshops

• Industrial kitchens, hospitals and laboratories

• Sealing the inlet pipes of chemical tanks

• Installing stone and ceramics on the metal wall of the elevators

• Bonding and sealing concrete metal to metal and metal to stone materials

• Ceramic strapping of power plant and refineries facilities

Advantages of TILEBOND PA & PB:

• High adhesion to metal, cement and tile surfaces

• High chemical resistance against various compounds according to the relevant table

• Suitable for straps from 2 to 20 mm

• Can be cleaned with water before setting

• Available in different colors

• High mechanical resistances

• No shrinkage, shrinkage and cracking

Compliance with the standard:

• EN 13888 strapping requirements

• Requirements for tile adhesives EN 12004

Preparation:

• The work surface should be smoothed and prepared for ceramic implementation.

• The surface of the ceramic installation site has adequate resistance so that the surface will not be damaged by carrying heavy equipment after installing the ceramic.

• It should be noted that the thickness of TILEBOND PA & PB mortar for ceramic installation is maximum 4 mm. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the concrete pockmarks before installation and repair the surface with repair mortars according to the technical specifications of the relevant products and install ceramics after one week.

• Dust and any contamination should be removed from the surface.

• Remove from the surface in places where the contamination has been absorbed deep into the concrete.

• It is recommended to apply the coating between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius.

• The surface under the work should be dry and free of moisture during execution.

• In order to better bond the ceramic installation mortar to the surface under the concrete work, a special primer is used with a brush.

How to make ceramic installation mortar:

• After mixing the materials experimentally, calculate the time taken according to the ambient temperature and plan the next mixture.

• In the first step, parts A and B are mixed according to the given proportions and then powder C is mixed according to the given proportions to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

• Mortar prepared with a toothed trowel is placed on the execution surface, then ceramic is installed.

How to make anti-acid bonding mortar:

• To make the jointing mortar, first mix parts B and A, then add the powder of part C to it to prepare a stiff, non-sticky mortar, then apply it with a jointing trowel.

• Stringing is done after 3 days of ceramic installation. If the mortar for ceramic installation is made of mortar, it can be used for up to 6 months in the condition of preservation and storage at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees and in a dry environment in the original packaging.
