Consumption:
The amount of glue required per square meter is 2 to 4 kg.
How to execute:
Surface preparation
• It can be applied on healthy and clean surfaces without the effects of fat and without cracks and looseness.
• Remove the old tile glaze locally. .
• Before implementation, determine the roughness of the surface with a bullet and level and level it using concrete glue and cement coating. After 4 days of smoothing, tiling should be done.
Applying glue:
• Applying the glue with a toothed trowel, in this way, the appropriate thickness and amount will be achieved.
• If the glue is applied with a high thickness, it will cause the tile to slide and the glue will not dry on time.
• In normal temperature and humidity conditions, the maximum running time is 20 minutes.
• If the surface layer of glue dries, it should be troweled again before installing the tile.
• Tile adhesive should have the right concentration for installing tiles.
• Do not use at a temperature lower than 5 degrees Celsius .
• The best temperature for glue drying is above 15 degrees Celsius.
• Hard paste tile adhesive causes the tile to not stick completely.
• The concentration should be such that the glue immediately sticks to the tile and does not come off easily, after the tile is removed, the back of the tile is contaminated with glue.
• Hard tile glue causes the porcelain to dry and the tiles are made with high thickness, and this causes the tile to not be glued under pressure, and the thickness of the glue after drying is small and shrinks, causing the tile to separate.
• International standards do not recommend paste adhesives for use inside swimming pools and surrounding walls and open areas, as well as tiling buildings on seashores, TILEBOND 3600 powder adhesives are used for these types of places.
• It is necessary to apply pressure on the tile after installation in a twisting manner to ensure that the glue is completely transferred to the back of the tile, in this case the tile is difficult to separate from the surface and its back must be contaminated with glue.
• At present, ceramic tiles with large production dimensions, as well as the materials behind the tiles, are less permeable than in the past.
It should be noted that the lack of absorption of old tile and new ceramic tiles and the use of excess glue will cause movement and sliding and separation of ceramic tiles from the surface.
• The use of extra glue and the lack of access to air for drying in the middle of the tile do not allow tiling at a high height on one body in one step. In these cases, it is necessary to install the tile on a body with a time interval of up to several hours, so that the tile adhesive on the bottom part is almost dry and can bear the weight of the new heavy tile.
Avoid mixing TILEBOND WP-300 with other types of tile hub adhesives.
Strapping:
It is necessary to apply the banding one day after the paste adhesive has set, and in the case of using tiles with low absorption and large dimensions, it should be applied in a longer period of time.
Packing:
TILEBOND WP-300 glue is available in 1, 5, 12 and 25 kg buckets.
Inventory:
It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius away from direct sunlight.
Storage life:
It can be used for up to 6 months if stored in a suitable warehouse.
