Penochem HA-200 is a high-performance, two-component epoxy adhesive with a 2:1 mix ratio, specifically formulated for anchoring rebars, threaded rods, bolts, and anchors into concrete, masonry, and natural stone substrates. Delivered in a practical and easy-to-use 450 ml coaxial cartridge, its distinctive green color provides visual confirmation of proper mixing and placement. Application Instructions
Drill the hole to required diameter & depth.
Clean hole thoroughly using a steel brush and compressed air or blower.
Insert the cartridge into a suitable gun, fix the static mixer nozzle, and extrude a small amount (until a uniform green color is achieved).
Inject adhesive from the bottom of the hole upwards, filling it about two-thirds.
Insert rebar/anchor with a gentle twisting motion for optimal wetting and contact.
Do not disturb until working time and then full cure time are achieved.
Load after full curing (see technical table).
