DEZOFIX 500

Description:
Dezofix 500 is a solvent-free 3-component product based on bisphenol A epoxy resin and polyamide hardener, which is designed to plant reinforcement and bolts in reinforced concrete.
Properties and effects:
• Very high adhesion to concrete and steel

Application:
• Rebar and anchor bolt planting in concrete or stone

Consumption:
First, we calculate the volume of the cavity and subtract the volume of the rebar from it, and according to the specific weight of the rebar planting paste, which is equal to 2.2 grams per cubic centimeter, the amount of consumption is calculated.
Method of Use:
The surfaces of the place of use must be free of any grease, dust, rust, loose and unstable particles and moisture. The two components A and C should be mixed with an electric mixer to ensure complete mixing (about 2 to 4 minutes). Then add component B to the mixture and mix as before.
Pour the final mixture into the holes in less than 20 minutes and put the reinforcements inside the holes after derusting and cleaning any grease or pollutants, and by turning the reinforcement, its surfaces are not in full contact with the paste. Make sure to install Dezofix 500 rebar.
Note 1: Always combine the amount of ingredients that can be consumed within 20 minutes.
Note 2: It is necessary to strictly observe the proportions and never change the proportions without coordination with the technical office of the Technical and Specialized Concrete Clinic.
Note 3: Since the reaction of the two components is exothermic, the ambient temperature is very effective on the hardening rate. Therefore, be sure to inform the technical office of the company beforehand about the temperature of the performance area.
Note 4: Never expose the ingredients to direct sunlight before use.
Note 5: Never use solvent to dilute this material.
Inventory:
Store this product in a covered place away from sunlight and rain. Avoid excessive pressure. The useful life of the product is about 12 months if it is kept in proper conditions and in the original packaging.
