Fiberglass Mesh
Fiber meshes (fiberglass meshes)
Description:
Fiber meshes (fiberglass meshes) have many variations in terms of weight and mesh size, which makes it possible to use this product in different places. Fiberglass netting is produced as a composite and from Glass Mesh glass fibers together with basic polymer materials and glass fibers that act as reinforcement for polymer materials. These nets are produced in grams of 45 gr, 75 gr, 60 gr per square meter.
Features of glass fibers used in the production of Glass Mesh:
Chemical strength: glass fibers are resistant to many chemicals such as acids and will not be destroyed, and fungi, bacteria and other animals cannot affect it.
Moisture resistance:
Glass fibers do not absorb moisture, so they do not swell and do not stretch. These fibers maintain their mechanical strength in humid environments.
Electrical properties:
Glass fibers are electrically insulating.
Glass fibers have high tensile strength and full elasticity, that is, their length increase is proportional to the applied force and they return to their original state when the force is removed.
Glass fibers have good thermal resistance due to their non-excellent nature, they are not combustible and have low thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity.
Applications of glass fiber mesh:
Wall surface reinforcement: Fiber meshes are used for plaster and cement reinforcement for wall surface preparation (thin work) and due to their high flexibility and optimal tensile strength, they are a good alternative to similar metal products (rabbits, chicken netting).
Installation of waterproofing insulation:
Fiber mesh is the best option for use with waterproofing on the roof, swimming pools, floors and walls of bathrooms, etc. This product with its flexibility and high tensile strength and good adhesion creates a suitable set for insulation.
Reinforcement of building stones:
One of the applications of fiber mesh is to strengthen building stones. After cutting the tops of the stones in the stone cutting factories and turning them into flat sheets, a layer of these meshes is installed on the back of the stone with a special resin. Cracked, not separated and put in the same way.
Cold insulation:
Fiber meshes are also used in cold insulation of pipes and installations in buildings, factories and refineries.
Other uses of fiberglass mesh:
• Reinforcement of marble facades.
• Concrete surface repair and cracks.
• Reinforcement of building materials.
• Reinforcement and stabilization of materials, insulation and bitumen.
• Strengthening the natural texture of stone in stone cutting.
• To strengthen connections and where the walls meet.
• Earthquake proofing of structures with integrated bitumen materials.
• Substructure for stone, tile and ceramic installation.
• To be used under the roof of sheds instead of metal mesh.
• Increasing the tensile strength and strength of building materials.
• Creating the texture of a fabric on the walls and floor to prevent cracks.
• Reinforcement of plaster, cement and prefabricated concrete walls and ceilings.
• Can be used on all surfaces before concrete and plaster work.
• To repair cracks and other wastes on all types of surfaces and prevent them from reappearing.
Packaging:
Fiberglass meshes are supplied in rolls of 50 square meters.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life:
It can be used for up to 24 months in a cool covered environment, away from moisture and in the original packaging.
Technical services:
The technical department of Rayehe Beton Sabz Company (technical and specialized concrete clinic of Iran) is ready to cooperate and provide services for the correct use of its materials.
