Product description:
BETOCOLOUR S-200 is produced based on modified acrylic emulsion resins and silicone material with permeable properties to the work surface for the interior and exterior of the building.
Application and uses of BETOCOLOUR S-200:

Surface preparation:
• All pollution, materials and excess mortar should be cleaned with mechanical means.
• Smooth the edges and edges of the mold with a burr and sandpaper.
• To fill the cracks and pores with cosmetic putty and BETOBOND SA 12 or BETOBOND SA 46 adhesive according to the brochure.
Preparation of cement lining and trowel board surfaces:
• Use high-quality materials for cementing.
• In order to prevent cracks, in addition to high-quality materials, PP fibers should be used in the cement lining. In accordance with the specifications of PP fibers
• Cementing should be done in suitable weather conditions. For curing, cement lining mortar should be kept moist for several days.
• High-quality stone soil and fresh cement should be used in trowel mortar.
• All cement surfaces that are not executed in the right conditions will crack. One of the most important things in the health of the facade of the building is the accurate calculation of the porcelain wall and the connection of the surfaces to the bridge and concrete and metal foundations.
• In Rabbits, work on the roof and facade, the weight of the facade and structural movements cause shrinkage and loss of coating and cracking in different ways. Try to design the surfaces of the rabits separately in appropriate dimensions so that the structural movements do not cause unevenness and many and unusual cracks on the surface. To prevent the mortar from being heavy on the rabits, it is recommended to use some polymer mortar (sand and cement modified with BETOBOND SA 12 according to Product brochure) preparation and by tearing the inside of the rabbits from the back, the inside of the rabbits should be worked and after the cement coated mortar is dry, cementing should be done on the surface of the rabbits. This action causes the bonding and fixing of the rabits.
Conditions for applying BETOCOLOUR S-200 paint:
• The ambient temperature at the time of execution should be higher than 10 degrees Celsius.
• At least 28 days after the cementing and concreting operation, painting is carried out to ensure the safety of the work.
• In uneven rainy conditions, try to protect painted surfaces for several hours.
How to use BETOCOLOUR S-200:
• Apply a layer of BETOCOLOUR S-200 primer to the formula of one cup of primer + 3 cups of mixed water and apply the resulting solution on the surface with a brush.
• BETOCOLOUR S-200 color primer is applied with a brush at least three hours after applying it and after 24 hours it is applied in two layers on the surface.
• BETOCOLOUR S-200 paint has a high concentration and must be diluted with water before application.
• Apply BETOCOLOUR S-200 sealer in the formula of 1 pint of sealer + 3 pints of mixed water and the resulting solution on the rain-catching walls, Iranit and sloping surfaces as a protective layer on the surface 24 hours after painting.
• The resulting coating is somewhat shiny, you can mix some BETOCOLOUR S-200 color inside the sealer and use it to make the color matte.
Amount of consumption:
• On smooth cement and concrete surfaces, 150 to 400 grams are used per square meter in three layers.
• 400 to 500 grams are used per square meter in three layers on Kinitex, hail and grooved surfaces.
• 150 to 200 grams per square meter is used on Iranit and Ardoaz surfaces.
• BETOCOLOUR S-200 paint can be applied by roller and brush.
Packaging:
BETOCOLOUR S-200 is available in 5 and 12 kg buckets.
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool environment away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life:
It can be used up to 12 months in a covered and cool environment and in the original packaging.
Safety:

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and in case of contact, wash with boiling water, do not swallow.
